Prior to becoming the Chairman of the Board of Shane’s Gourmet Catering and the majority owner in AGT, Mr. O’Neill was associated with  Beverage Management Inc. for over 35 years.  Beverage Management Inc. was a  multi-state manufacturer and distributor of soft drinks and bottled water with approximately 2,000 employees.  Under his guidance the company, which began as a small family-owned business, evolved into a $250 million-a-year public corporation.
