President & COO Shanes Gourmet Catering

Brendan O’Neill, President and Chief Operating Officer, is no stranger to the food service/catering industry.  After attending Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration, Brendan began his food career with the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas.  Twelve years ago, he joined Shane’s as the Director of Concession operations for the Memorial Tournament (Dublin, Ohio).  Brendan is currently the Vice Chairman of the Tournament and Chairman of the Concession Committee for The Memorial Tournament and is an active member of both the Cornell Hotel Society and National Association of Catering Executives.  As a native of Central Ohio and graduate of The Ohio State University, Brendan is involved with many community and charitable organizations.
