Apprentice Sous Chef

Chase Allen Flinn, Apprentice Sous Chef.  Chase is a 2004 graduate of Pennsylvania Clinary School which is a Le Cordon Bleu affliciated school.  Upon graduation, Chase did an externship in Naples, Florida at the Registry Resort and Club.  Currently, he resides in Columbus, Ohio and enjoys working at Shane’s Gourmet.  Chase comes from a long line of cooks – his grandmother and mother own a catering company and his brother will be attending culinary school upon graduation from high school.  Chase unwinds by tasting what’s new in Columbus restaurants – grabbing a few drinks with friends.
